After you have added to your cart the products you have selected and you have filled in your shipping details, by clicking the “BUY” button your order will be completed and the order will be sent to us. The process of sending the products will start: i) in case of payment by card, as soon as the payment is successfully completed, ii) in case of payment via bank, as soon as we receive the proof of deposit or as soon as the amount appears in our account, iii) in case of cash on delivery, as soon as your order is registered correctly and after we confirm your details by phone.
Upon completion of your order you should receive an e-mail (at the address you have filled in) confirming your order (in case you do not find our message check if the address you have filled in the order form is correct or if the e-mail has been registered in the spam folder).
Important note: All the prices of the carpets found on our site are calculated in Euros. The prices of carpets in other currencies are based on the daily exchange rate with the Euro and therefore may vary slightly from day to day. The documents that accompany your purchase are issued in Euros, regardless of the currency in which the payment was made.

In case the product is returned because you did not accept to receive them or due to your unavailability, you will be charged with the amount of 5.00 euros.
Withdrawal / Return – Product Replacement
You have the right to return the products you purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt and request their replacement:
(a) in all cases where, through proven fault of COELLE COSMETICS, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, damaged during transport or with poor packaging; and
(b) in all cases where there has been a problem / defect in the product (operation or quality) covered by the product warranty and provided that the warranty has been given by COELLE COSMETICS, this provision does not cover products covered by third party warranties such as the manufacturer of the product or his representative.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, www.coellecosmetics.gr will return it to you no later than fourteen (14) working days from the year that the company received proven knowledge of its withdrawal.
